Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund or full credit for a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: No refund, but you can transfer your spot to a friend or reschedule (subject to availability). No-shows: No refund or reschedule option for participants who don’t show up without prior notice. Event Cancellation by Us: If we cancel due to weather conditions or other unavoidable reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
